E' ORANGE

Winemaking: Farming is organic [soon to be certified]. They are certified “environment friendly cultivation”. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast with 5 days skin maceration, aged in amphora for 6-8 months. “Bottled with minimal sulphur (~10ppm) and without filtering or fining.”

Tasting Notes: Light gold in colour with aromas of lemon, hibiscus, pomegranate and candied flowers. Racy acidity gleams thru baked lemon tart, a drizzle of honey and a trace of candied ginger. Lemon, citrus zest and clean minerality linger between each snappy sip.
